Hello, Ranger Nation!

As we wind down this campaign, we've noticed that some of you haven’t completed your survey after our initial fulfillment of rewards and there are some important updates we need to share with you.

If you have recently completed your survey in BackerKit but have not received your physical rewards, please know that your pledge amount has been processed, but the associated shipping charges are still pending. 

To facilitate the timely delivery of your rewards, we would kindly like to ask that you fill out your survey by April 5th so we can prepare to fulfill any remaining orders. To that end, we’ve sent a reminder email to you to help remind you where to go.  

We are asking for your prompt attention to the BackerKit survey that has been emailed to you to avoid any delays or issues with your rewards. Failure to do so by April 5th may unfortunately result in the forfeiture of your rewards as we will not be able to guarantee fulfilling your order. 

We understand the importance of clear communication, and we encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or encounter difficulties in completing your payment through your BackerKit survey.

With that in mind, we will be stopping monthly updates on this campaign and will only update as needed if issues arise and/or we have a related campaign that might be of interest to you.

International fulfillment update

Hello, Ranger Nation!

We’re sending you a message from the BOOM! Command Center to follow up on shipping for our backers in Europe, UK and Australia. 

Our partner in Australia has completed their fulfillment so all backers in that region should have received their packages by now. Please let us know if you haven’t or if any of your items were damaged in the process by emailing us at [email protected]. 

Fulfillment for Europe and the UK has started this week with almost all of the orders either showing as dispatched within the system or handed to the shipper!

We’ve confirmed with our fulfillment partner that this week they have started reaching out to backers to verify your address. Once your addresses are verified, they’ll begin shipping orders out with the goal of having all orders out by the end of February.

Digital editions and international fulfillment update

Hello, Ranger Nation!

Welcome back for our monthly update on POWER RANGERS: A 30th Anniversary Comic Book Celebration. 

We’re excited to announce that your digital rewards are here! DRM free PDF files of Power Rangers Lost Chronicles, Power Rangers Archives Vol 1, and Power Rangers Archives Vol 2 are now available within your Backerkit profile. Simply head to “Your Surveys” under the “For You” section within Backerkit and you should be able to access all of those files!

Also we’ve been seeing and responding to all of the comments and messages regarding any damaged material that arrived! For those torn boxes or damaged books, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damages and your backer number and we will respond to your emails in the order we receive them. 

For our customers in Europe, the UK, and Australia, we apologize that your shipments have not arrived yet, and have been delayed due to longer than expected transit times to our international fulfillment centers. We are working with our fulfillment partner to get this resolved and will update you before the end of the month. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Fulfillment Update

Hello, Ranger Nation!

We wanted to let you know that our fulfillment partners have informed us that the books and merchandise have all arrived in good condition!

We are working closely with them to bubble bag everything so it will ship safe and sound to you. Once that packing is complete, we’ll release orders and they will be on their way to you. As of right now, everything is looking good for a January fulfillment. We’re very excited to get to this stage in the project and hope that you are too!

To tide you over, we're excited to share a sneak peek at the finished the Angel Grove varsity jackets with you. We're incredibly proud of how these turned out and the premium quality of jacket we were able to source, and hope the POWER RANGERS fans that ordered these will be equally excited to display and wear them!

For those who celebrate during this time of year, we wish each and every one of you happy holidays from all of us at BOOM! Studios.

We also wanted to note that the BOOM! Studios offices are officially closed this week through January 1st so our team can celebrate the holiday season with their loved ones.
